Deportivo La Coruna vs Rayo Vallecano - Bet tu

The Monday night game in La Liga comes from Galicia where Deportivo La Coruna are playing host to Rayo Vallecano. Our betting tips suggest we will see goals at both ends in this one and perhaps a surprise winner.
Both Teams to Score
Rayo Vallecano to Win 2-1
Deportivo have been struggling of late after an excellent start to the season. They've not won any of their 7 matches since the brief winter break and they have only 1 win in 11 matches overall. They've slipped to 9th place as a result and could really do with 3 points here to stay in touch with the top six and potentially European football next term.

They are 10 points better off than opponents Rayo Vallecano who are in the relegation zone and had to watch on as rival teams including Las Palmas and Sporting Gijon won at the weekend to leave them in greater danger.

Rayo do come into this game after 2 excellent performances of their own though. They drew 2-2 at Valencia in their most recent away match and had enough chances to win the game. They followed that up with their best showing of the season as they crushed high-flying Celta Vigo 3-0 last weekend with 3 first half goals so they'll head into this match with real confidence. That was though a very rare clean sheet for Rayo and their first in 12 league outings. Both teams had scored in 6 of their 7 previous matches and they play the same attacking game wherever they go so this should be an open contest.

Rayo have the best goalscoring record in the bottom half but worst defensive record in the league. They take on a Depor side that has only failed to score in 1 home league game since last March but has also conceded in 5 of their last 7 at the Riazor. Therefore backing both teams to score at 3/4 looks a decent punt here.
The Madrid club finished above Deportivo last season by some margin and have enough attacking quality to get themselves out of their current plight. With Depor struggling at the moment consider backing a 2-1 away win.

Feyenoord vs Heerenveen - Bet-tu

Feyenoord vs Heerenveen Betting Tips
Get our best betting tips and expert match analysis for Dutch Eredivisie action on Thursday night between Feyenoord and Heerenveen.

Feyenoord -1.5 Asian Handicap

Feyenoord to win 3-0

Three defeats in a row and Feyenoord find themselves well out of the race for the Dutch Eredivisie title and with a few of the other top 10 clubs breathing down their necks. It's an unfamiliar position for a side that started the season hoping to re-engage as a legitimate title contender.

The latest loss was perhaps the most disheartening. AZ Alkmaar ran riot over Feyenoord securing a 4-2 victory, one game after a tough 2-0 loss to PSV and completing a terrible start to the year, which began with a 3-1 loss to NEC.

Things aren't perfect for Heerenveen, though they did improve with a 3-1 victory over Willem II at the weekend. Prior to that win, they'd suffered defeats in three straight games, including a pair of 5-2 and 4-1 thrashings at the hands of PEC Zwolle and ADO Den Haag respectively.

Three Reasons for Betting Tips

1. Feyenoord have to snap bad run

However, bad their current form, Feyenoord still have the third best squad in Dutch football and we're confident that they'll end their current rut here.

2. Heerenveen goals against record

Nine goals conceded in their two most recent losses, it just feels like Heerenveen are a club that is a little fragile defensively and that has to be a problem.

3. Odds

Nothing stands out, but the two-goal Asian Handicap combines probability with money-making opportunity nicely.

Barcelona vs Athletic Bilbao - Bet-tu

Barcelona vs Athletic Bilbao Betting Tips
The Copa Del Rey Quarter Final 2nd leg between Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao takes place on Wednesday. Our betting suggest a home win but perhaps not a goal-fest.

This is the third meeting between the sides in 11 days and 7th time the sides have met in the past 8 months so clearly they are familiar foes. Barcelona won the Copa Del Rey final between the pair back in May but Athletic were convincing 5-1 aggregate winners in the Super Cup at the start of this season.

BARCELONA TO WIN & UNDER 3.5

However Barcelona have won all 3 meetings since then including a 6-0 win when the sides met in the league at the Camp Nou earlier this month and a 2-1 victory in last week's 1st leg in the Basque Country. Munir and Neymar scored early goals in that game to give the Catalans a firm advantage but a late strike by Aritz Aduriz, who now has 5 goals against Barca this season, has given Athletic a glimmer of hope.

Barcelona were without both Luis Suarez and Leo Messi in the 1st Leg but both returned for the 2-1 win at Malaga at the weekend with Munir starting instead of Neymar and again finding himself on the scoresheet. Luis Enrique is likely to rotate his squad again here with a huge game in the league against 2nd placed Atletico Madrid on Saturday.

They would really cement themselves in a strong position in the La Liga title race by winning that game so it will be the priority and Barca's recent ability to grind out wins without key players or playing their absolute best football could come in handy here as they look to complete the job. The likes of Munir, Sergi Roberto as well as new signings Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal will all be contenders to start again here and we are unlikely to see any repeat of the 6-0 scoreline when these sides last met at the Camp Nou when Athletic had a man sent off in the opening minutes.

Therefore odds of 13/10 for Barcelona to win and there to be under 3.5 goals look to appeal. Ernesto Valverde's admirable determination to always put out strong teams no matter what the situation could ultimately come back to haunt him given the number of games they've already had to play.

Athletic were impressive 5-2 winners against Eibar at the weekend and their overall form is good but it is hard to see them fighting their way back into this tie even if it is a slightly weakened Barcelona side they face.

They should be able to make a game of it though and Barca may really take their foot off the pedal if they go in front with the Atleti game in mind so consider backing a repeat of the 1st leg scoreline and a 2-1 Barcelona win at 7/1.

AZ Alkmaar vs Cambuur Betting Tips

AZ Alkmaar vs Cambuur Betting Tips
Get our best betting tips and expert analysis for midweek Dutch Eredivisie action as AZ Alkmaar play host to Cambuur on Wednesday night.
AZ Alkmaar have started 2016 with back-to-back wins and there are just some signs that this club is starting to like its position in the Dutch Eredivisie table and starting to enjoy the football that it is playing.
BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE

AZ TO WIN: 3:1
Quietly, AZ are only eight points behind fourth place Heracles and they certainly demonstrated some of their credentials at the weekend thrashing Feyenoord 4-2 in a shootout style football game. It's a young squad and things have come together for AZ in recent weeks.

Their next obstacle is an increasingly desperate Cambuur, who are second from bottom in the table and are trying to chase down more experienced sides in Willem II, Excelsior and Twente.

Their start to 2016 hasn't been ideal, a pair of losses to Vitesse and Den Haag. Prior to that they had picked up a pair of impressive back-to-back wins, a 4-1 thrashing of Excelsior and a 3-1 decision against NEC. The point is, whatever the quality of their results, Cambuur are a team that can definitely score.

Three Reasons for Betting Tips

1. AZ's opening up

This team will be feeling confident, they'll play aggressively and they'll surely instigate an attacking game of football.

2. Cambuur can score

47 goals conceded in 23 games tells a pretty good story, but Cambuur have also scored 23 times, they're a good enough attack to score against most.

3. Style of football makes BTTS good bet

There will be goals, the game will be open, both teams are better in attack than in defence and we're getting the BTTS bet at 4/6.

Blackburn vs Rotherham Betting Tips

Blackburn are in good form, unbeaten in 6 matches and they've taken 7 points from their 3 games since Paul Lambert took charge. Rovers have moved up to 13th place and the former Aston Villa boss will be targeting 3 points here that would take his side into the top half.

Rotherham may be struggling down in 23rd but this should still be a competitive game. The Millers have turned a bit of a corner you sense under Neil Redfearn and won back-to-back matches against Leeds and Bristol City prior to a 2-1 home defeat against Wolves last time out.

"OVER 2.5 Goals"

"Blackburn WIN- 2:1"

They will know that a point here would be enough to lift them out of the relegation zone while a win would really add some pressure onto their relegation rivals, who all play on Saturday.
Blackburn have scored twice in every game since Lambert took charge and up against the division's worst defence, they will fancy their chances of scoring at least 2 again here. There is a goal in this Rotherham side though and they've netted more times than anyone else in the bottom 8 and have scored 1 more goal than their opponents this season.

Therefore we should see a few goals and consider backing there to be 3 or more in this game at odds of Evens.

With home advantage, In-form Blackburn are the most likely victors though and can be backed to grab a 2-1 victory.
